This service is ideal for those candidates that would like on-going service/repairs of their systems without the hassle of an hourly rate going over budget. This is a monthly subscription contract. There is a 1 year contract minimum.
Covers desktop/workstations troubleshooting/maintenance support for MS Windows and Linux/Unix. Remote support is also provided. This service is for a network of up to 25 computer clients. Larger networks will increase pricing.
These are the services we provide with the 1 year contract:

In House Support / Outside support
Ticket Help Desk Access
Knowledge-Base Access
Live Chat Support
Phone Support
On-Site visit of at least once a week (depending on client needs/location)
Unlimited Off-Site Hours Repair/Services
There is a first time on-site consultation fee of $75.00
Note* Accepting to the TOS (Terms of Service) is agreeing to the contract as stated in Section 7.5 of the TOS

This service is ideal for organizations that would like on-going Linux/Unix/Windows Systems Administration without the hassle of an hourly rate going over budget or hiring of multiple on-site System Admins. There is a 1 year contract minimum.
Covers server troubleshooting/maintenance/support for Linux/Unix/Windows. This is a remote support service (telecommuting). This service is per server. Additional servers will increase pricing. Please contact us
